Worldbuilding
Today, despite the first snow of the year down here, I plan to set out in search of old globes to paper over and design my own worlds on. I may also plaster a wall with reference materials on climate at different parallels, tectonic plates, land formations of different mythical countries, and a general illustrated timeline. I made one of those in my first apartment, and I find I miss it, as crazy...

Sunday morning oatmeal
New best oatmeal this morning: whole oats, boiled along with a splash of chai, dried cranberries, golden raisins and cherries, and a swirl of honey. Best enjoyed with banana slices, and introducing a roommate to one’s new Downton Abbey addiction.
